Placing Your Order
Order procedure is simple. Just put your order in shopping bag by clicking BUY button.
Our minimum order is 20 USD.
We accept payments by credit card and PayPal.

Shipping Your Order
We ship orders using postal service (registered airmail and EMS) and FedEx. Orders will be shipped less than 48 hours (usually less than 24 hours) after your credit card transaction captured.You will be provided with a tracking number.

Receiving Your Order
Registered airmail, EMS and FedEx are door-to-door service.
If you are living in USA or Australia:
Usually there is no import duty / taxes in the United States and Australia on silver and gold plated silver goods received from Thailand and Indonesia.
If you are living in an European, Latin American, Asian country or Canada:
Import duty might be charged. Please check with your local post office in your city for information.
Usually customs fees charged by post office is much cheaper than FedEx.
We suggest you to choose Registered Airmail or EMS, rather than FedEx.
If you are buying as a gift for a friend or relative, duty taxes might be free or lower (depends on customs policy in your country, please ask to a local post office for information).
Please email us after you place your order if you would like us to declare the package as a gift.
Please note that we will not accept returns and no refund will be applied if you refuse to pay for the customs taxes. Usually it is still cheaper to buy online direct from producer countries even after factoring duty taxes.
